**Responsibilities:** * Provide **in-person** customer service. * **Full availability to cover absences/vacations in neighboring cities;** * Greet and assist customers courteously and friendly. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Record customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments. * Register and update customer data in the system. * Maintain the service area clean and organized. * Collaborate with other service representatives to ensure high-quality service. * And other related duties.
