Requires an analytical profile, negotiation skills, and organizational ability to support agile processes An industrial company located in Avaré seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to handle procurement of indirect items, fixed assets, and development of new suppliers. This is a strategic role requiring analytical capability, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, as well as organizational discipline to manage procurement processes efficiently and agilely. **Key responsibilities include**: * Participate in meetings with Management/Executive Leadership to align and finalize projects. * Procure indirect items, fixed assets, and services (e.g., PPE, equipment, office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.). * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders via system and track deliveries. * Analyze applicable taxes on purchase orders. * Negotiate long-term procurement processes (e.g., consignment programs). * Support internal departments and, occasionally, international suppliers. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is desirable; * Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Prior experience in procurement (across all categories), preferably within an industrial setting; * Must reside in Avaré; * Motivated by goals and performance metrics.
