Verifying whether executed services comply with project documents and technical specifications. Identifying and resolving issues arising during construction execution, ensuring continuity of activities and preventing delays. Controlling materials and services. Requesting periodic material and equipment inventories from the warehouse to ensure necessary availability for continuous operations. Verifying whether services are being executed with quality and in accordance with the defined scope. Conducting inspections of services performed by third-party teams. Measuring executed services and validating them with the client. Inspecting and validating entries recorded in construction diaries. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate affinity with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
