Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Basic knowledge of first aid and use of firefighting equipment. Additional certifications in specific safety areas (e.g.: NR-20 and NR-31) may be an advantage. Knowledge of sector-specific regulations in the pharmaceutical-chemical (e.g.: ANVISA RDC) and food industries (e.g.: GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices) may be an advantage. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in the main Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to the company's activities, including: NR-05, NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, NR-13, NR-17, NR-20, NR-23, NR-31, NR-33 and NR-35; Familiarity with the safe handling of chemicals, including acids, corrosives, flammable and toxic substances. Ability to prepare and interpret technical documents such as PPRA (replaced by PGR), PCMSO, JSA, among others. Knowledge in risk analysis and incident investigation. **Familiarity with safety management tools (e.g.:** occupational health and safety software or advanced spreadsheets). Knowledge of management and organizational methodologies through programs such as 5S and/or 3R. **Experience:** Previous experience in occupational safety-related activities. Previous experience in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Experience in multifunctional industrial environments, including pharmaceutical-chemical, food and agribusiness sectors, may be an advantage. **Personal Profile:** Flexibility to work across different segments with a multidisciplinary approach.
