**FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Perform technical services on chemical treatment equipment at customer facilities, ensuring their efficiency and functionality; Assist customer operations and ensure compliance with safety standards, measuring results against the solution program; Monitor chemical dosage control of products used at customer facilities to ensure they remain within established parameters; Collect samples and perform physicochemical analyses, reporting results to the central laboratory and customers; Manage product inventory at customer sites to ensure timely supply as agreed; Identify and report failures and/or product issues when outside established parameters, offering cost-effective alternatives as needed; Participate in team meetings to promote improvements in customer service; Report completed services, providing clarity and value to the customer. **Requirements:** Required Qualifications: Graduated with a Technical or Higher Education degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields (must have authorization to hold a CRQ registration); Possess CRQ certification (does not need to be active); Professionals with laboratory experience in physicochemical sample collection and analysis; Must be available to work onsite at the client's facility located in Angatuba/SP and have easy access; Availability to work 6x4 rotating shifts: 07:00 to 15:00 / 15:00 to 23:00 / 23:00 to 07:00; Professional experience in the paper and pulp industry; Experience in specialty chemicals sector; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Working Hours:** To be determined **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Medical and Dental Plan, Gympass, Life Insurance, Private Pension, Internal Training Program, Development Program and Career Path, among others *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
