If you are passionate about logistics, enjoy challenges, and possess an analytical profile, this could be your opportunity to join an operation in constant evolution. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Jundiaí - São Paulo **Responsibilities you will lead:** * Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, translating data into strategic insights. * Produce reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making. * Ensure the quality and consistency of information used in analyses. * Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing action plans jointly with teams. * Monitor productivity by process, shift, and employee, suggesting resource optimizations. * Participate in routine meetings with CD leadership, presenting results and indicator progress. * Monitor contracts and financial KPIs, ensuring balance between operations and budget. * Support internal and external audits with evidence of performance and compliance. * Lead or support continuous improvement projects and logistics innovation initiatives. **To build your dream environment, the following are essential:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) * Experience with improvement tools (Ishikawa Diagram (Cause-and-Effect), Flowcharts, Check Sheets, Pareto Charts, Histograms, etc.) * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) **Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)** * Analytical thinking and critical process vision * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels * Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset **Education:** Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. **A special touch in our décor:** * Experience implementing or managing Power BI dashboards focused on logistics and operational KPIs * Prior experience in large-scale operations or high-volume movement environments * Participation in internal or external audit projects focused on logistics * Certification or practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$6.500,00 - R$6.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
