Ensure standardization and data quality A civil engineering company is seeking a Registration Assistant in Botucatu. **Responsibilities:** Update and correct registrations of executed services in corporate systems (e.g., Geocall, GIS, AutoCAD or similar). Verify field information against registered data (quantities, location, type of service). Validate data for measurement and billing purposes of construction projects. Resolve registration inconsistencies identified in reports or audits. Record and review information on installed networks (water, sewage, connections, etc.). Support monthly measurement closing. Ensure standardization and quality of registered data. Interact with field teams (engineering, surveying, inspection) to validate information. Organize and maintain updated records of executed services. Support preparation of management reports. Previous experience as Registration Assistant, Registration Analyst, Registration Coordinator, or Registration Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Technical qualification required.
