The professional will report directly to the Global Operations Director, driving continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the team, promoting training and engagement aligned with company values. * Ensure certification process compliance, including closing non-conformities and meeting established deadlines. * Map processes and develop clear and effective procedures for the process control department. * Prepare managerial and operational reports for the Operations Directorate. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to optimize workflows and reduce errors. * Support and participate in the implementation of technological solutions, including artificial intelligence, to enhance processes. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in team management and process control, preferably in the certification or food sector. * In-depth knowledge of certification process compliance. * Ability to map processes and develop operational procedures. * Experience with performance indicators. * Advanced English and Spanish language skills. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, aligned with company values. **Additional Information** * Inspirational leadership and team management. * Proactivity and focus on problem-solving. * Adaptability and openness to technological innovation. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Collaborative spirit and clear communication. * Experience with implementation of artificial intelligence or other digital technologies. * Knowledge of specific food certification standards and regulations.
