Job Summary: Coordinate the planning, development, and monitoring of basic sanitation engineering projects, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Support environmental licensing processes and project approvals Coordinate the planning, development, integration, and monitoring of basic sanitation engineering projects, ensuring technical compliance, schedule adherence, cost control, and conformity with regulatory and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the development of water supply and sewage system engineering projects. * Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, including surveying, geotechnics, hydraulics, and environmental specialists. * Plan and control project schedules, scope, costs, and quality. * Perform technical integration across disciplines (civil, hydraulic, electrical, automation, environmental, etc.). * Monitor the preparation of preliminary studies, basic designs, and execution drawings. * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT), environmental legislation, and guidelines issued by utility companies and regulatory agencies. * Coordinate technical meetings with clients, utility companies, public agencies, and construction teams. * Review and validate descriptive reports, calculation reports, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Support environmental licensing processes and project approvals with competent authorities. * Monitor project performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, and risks). * Support construction teams in interpreting design documents and resolving technical interferences. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. **Experience** * Experience in basic sanitation projects. * Proven experience coordinating technical teams and managing engineering projects. **Technical Knowledge** * Water supply and sewage systems. * Applied hydraulics for networks and transmission lines. * ABNT standards and sanitary utility guidelines. * Engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, EPANET, SWMM).
