If you seek an opportunity to accelerate your career, learn about the aluminum packaging production process, and work in a challenging, innovative, and development-oriented environment, this could be your next step. **Join our team! \#VemPraLata \#VemSerCrown** Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical performance of equipment and production process stability, acting precisely and preventively by performing activities such as: * Performing technical operations on equipment involved in the can manufacturing process, carrying out mechanical adjustments, fine-tuning, and technical interventions to ensure process stability, performance, and product quality; * Monitoring the production line flow, ensuring continuous supply of aluminum and auxiliary materials; * Analyzing machine mechanical performance, identifying failures, operational deviations, and improvement opportunities, acting preventively and remedially to avoid unplanned shutdowns; * Conducting quality tests on raw materials and products during the process, recording results and adjusting equipment when necessary; * Collecting samples and performing visual and instrumental tests to ensure conformity of produced cans; * Participating in preventive and corrective maintenance, performing disassembly, replacement, lubrication, and basic adjustments; * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of equipment and production areas, ensuring good operational practices and safety. Requirements and Qualifications We seek a committed individual, attentive to details, who enjoys working with organization and technical precision. We value those who act responsibly, swiftly, and carefully in an industrial environment. **To apply, you must have:** * Completed high school; * Apprenticeship training or a Technical Course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work on a 3x3 shift schedule (06:00–18:00 \- Day shift or 18:00–06:00 \- Night shift). * Experience in the Mechanical field.
