We seek a dynamic professional focused on customer service and possessing strong negotiation skills to convert sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers at the dealership or via digital channels, understanding their needs and advising them on available vehicle options. * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting their features, technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits, and conduct test drives for customers. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, financing rates, and accessory and service packages, aiming to meet both customer expectations and dealership targets. * Finalize sales by completing all required documentation (contracts, registration forms, financing documents) and overseeing the process until vehicle delivery to the customer. * Maintain contact with customers after the sale, performing post-sales follow-up and seeking to retain them for future negotiations. * Actively prospect new customers using social media, events, automotive fairs, and external contacts to expand the dealership’s customer base. * Achieve established sales targets, reporting negotiations/results to management and adjusting strategies as necessary. * Stay updated on vehicle models, technological innovations, and market trends by participating in training provided by the company and manufacturer. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. * Proactive profile, results-focused, and committed to exceeding sales targets. #### **Benefits:** [Include benefits offered by the operation]
