




Job Summary: Professionals responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accuracy, coordinating receipt and distribution of materials, and proposing continuous process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Full lifecycle management of inventory and materials. 2. Optimization of logistics and warehousing processes. 3. Use of ERP systems for control and analysis. Inventory Management: Control material inflows and outflows. Ensure inventory accuracy (cyclic and rotating inventories). Verify invoices and incoming documentation. Analyze discrepancies and propose corrections. Receiving and Storage: Monitor the receipt of materials and supplies. Ensure storage complies with safety and organization standards (e.g., 5S). Label and register materials according to procedures. Distribution and Replenishment: Pick and deliver materials to requesting departments. Ensure material replenishment aligns with production demand. Respond promptly and with control to internal requests. Planning and Restocking: Assist in procurement planning based on inventory turnover. Recommend minimum and maximum stock levels. Support analysis of material consumption and obsolescence. Systems and Documentation: Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) to record transactions. Generate managerial reports on inventory and performance. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation. Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to storage and control processes. Participate in projects optimizing layout and internal logistics. Compliance and Safety: Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and storage standards.
