As a Purchasing Analyst, you will execute and control procurement processes for materials and services, manage General Services service requests, and ensure compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, service levels, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct quotation processes, technical and commercial analysis, and negotiations with suppliers; Issue, track, and control purchase orders, ensuring delivery deadlines and compliance; Perform comparative analysis of proposals (price, delivery time, scope, SLA); Develop, qualify, and evaluate material and service suppliers; Manage contracting and monitoring of outsourced services (maintenance, facilities, general services); Manage General Services service requests from opening to closure, controlling deadlines, suppliers, and service levels; Develop and monitor departmental KPIs (savings, lead time, SLA, service request resolution); Interface with internal departments (operations, inventory, finance, and administration). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management; * Experience in General Services / facilities management; * Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI (intermediate or advanced level); **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan – UNIMED national * Dental insurance plan – ODONTO LÓGICA. * WellHub; * Workplace gymnastics; * Breakfast provided at the company; **Menegazzo Beverage Distributor has been awarded the title of “Ambev Ambassador” and the “Sales Beast” award for its outstanding performance in the beverage distribution market.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ambev Excellence Program features a rigorous evaluation based on multiple aspects considered essential for the operational management quality of Ambev’s commercial and logistics partners.
