We seek a professional to serve as a Warranty Assistant, ensuring strict adherence to all standards and procedures. This professional will be responsible for monitoring service compliance and promoting continuous improvement of warranty processes. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Implement and disseminate all Warranty Standards at the dealership; * Ensure that services performed comply with Warranty Standards; * Monitor/track warranty processes opened with the vehicle manufacturer; * Prepare and submit Prior Authorization requests in accordance with Warranty Standards; * Prepare and submit Warranty Claims, ensuring accuracy and quality of information entered into the system for all processing types: warranty, campaigns, inspections, etc.; * Ensure all documentation supporting warranty processes is properly archived (physically or electronically); * Identify and store all replaced parts, ensuring appropriate shipment to the vehicle manufacturer for analysis whenever requested; * Support manufacturer audits, assisting throughout the audit process until the audit report is issued, and assist the After-Sales Manager in implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role or similar positions; * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite). #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Totalpass * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
