Execution of multifunctional tasks **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance services; Replace, swap, clean parts and repair components and equipment; Maintain internal and external environments; Support preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas; Assist in factory layout adaptations and modifications; Carry out painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; Respond to maintenance requests by assessing issues and seeking prompt and safe solutions; Support the Maintenance team in simple tasks; Ensure proper care of machines, equipment, and tools; Comply with company safety regulations and procedures; Perform other duties related to this position. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Requirements: Solid knowledge of masonry, painting, plumbing, and carpentry; NR 35 - Working at Heights; Training as per the job's Versatility Matrix; Experience may be assessed through a practical test and/or performance evaluation. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,551\.47 **Benefits:** --------------- Food basket, Transportation shuttle service, Transportation allowance (VT), On-site medical clinic and cafeteria. **Work Location:** ---------------------- JOTAEME FITAFER \- HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
