




Job Summary: A Procurement professional to lead the end-to-end procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and support process structuring—with a strong focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the entire procurement and supplier negotiation process. 2. Support the structuring and standardization of Procurement processes. 3. Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. · Lead the complete procurement process (from demand identification to purchase order issuance). * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms. * Collaborate closely with requesting departments, as well as Finance and Tax departments. * Validate fiscal documents and record invoices in **Sienge**. * Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery. * Develop internal controls and support logistics and inventory operations when required. * Support the structuring and standardization of Procurement department processes. **Requirements** · Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience in procurement/supply chain (preferred: construction or land development sectors). * Knowledge of tax routines applicable to procurement processes. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. * Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. · **Important advantage:** experience with the **Sienge** system. **Working Hours** · **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM · **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary** · Salary expectations Employment type: Full-time CLT Work location: On-site
