Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing. * Hands\-on experience acquiring critical materials and/or contracting medium\-to\-high\-complexity services. * Proven experience in strategic negotiations and supplier management. * Prior experience in construction companies, construction sites, or engineering firms is preferred. **?? Technical Competencies** * Strong hands\-on experience in procurement and negotiation processes within the civil construction sector. * Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools such as **SAP** or **Totvs**. * Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, supplier performance control, and contract management. * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel**, for data analysis. **??
