**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers to ensure optimal cost\-benefit for **civil construction** materials.
* Conduct market analysis using tools such as **ERP** and **SAP** to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
* Manage the end\-to\-end procurement process — from requisition to delivery — ensuring adherence to timelines and product quality.
* Develop and maintain the supplier database, evaluating performance based on **quality** and **delivery** KPIs.
* Prepare monitoring and cost control reports to support strategic decision\-making.
* Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and sectoral regulatory standards.

* Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to align technical specifications and material requirements.
* Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes by implementing best practices in **supplier management** and **strategic sourcing**.
* Contribute to cost reduction and working capital optimization through effective negotiations and contract analysis.
* Foster long\-term relationships with strategic partners to ensure sustainability and innovation across projects.
**Requirements:** **?? Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing.
* Hands\-on experience acquiring critical materials and/or contracting medium\-to\-high\-complexity services.
* Proven experience in strategic negotiations and supplier management.
* Prior experience in construction companies, construction sites, or engineering firms is preferred.
**?? Technical Competencies**
* Strong hands\-on experience in procurement and negotiation processes within the civil construction sector.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools such as **SAP** or **Totvs**.
* Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, supplier performance control, and contract management.
* Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel**, for data analysis.
