Job Summary: We are seeking a Master Unit Manager in Nutrition to comprehensively manage a large-scale operation, with a focus on results and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, development, and team management We seek a professional from the field of **Nutrition** to serve as a **Master Unit Manager**, with **full responsibility for unit management** within a large-scale operation. **Location:** Cajamar **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (administrative hours) **Availability:** Occasional weekend work, as required by operational needs **Unit Structure:** * 24-hour operation (Monday to Sunday) * Approximately 65 employees **Main Responsibilities:** * Full unit management (operational, administrative, quality, and people) * Accountability for results, KPIs, and operational performance * Ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety, and applicable regulations * Planning and controlling costs, productivity, and processes * Leadership, development, and team management * Client interface and operational oversight during critical periods **Requirements:** * Degree in **Nutrition** or **Nutrition Technician** qualification * Active registration with CRN (Regional Nutrition Council) * Proven experience in unit/UAN management * Experience in large-scale operations * Solid experience in team management and KPIs * Leadership profile, ownership mindset, organizational skills, and results orientation * Flexibility in working hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
