Description

Job Summary: Operate CNC machines, inspect materials and parts, record production output, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machine operation 2. Inspection and adjustment of parts and machines 3. Work following safety and quality standards * Operate CNC machines * Verify material identification and quality before use. * Record produced quantities, as well as scrap and rework generated. * Take preventive actions to avoid non-conformities. · Inspect finished parts after manufacturing; · Perform full machine calibration prior to process initiation to prevent non-conformities. · Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards · Be knowledgeable of and comply with standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by the Quality Management Systems applicable to one's area of responsibility, as established by the company or current legislation.
