Job Summary: Maintenance professional specializing in electrical, hydraulic, painting, telecommunications, and refrigeration systems to ensure unit operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. FROM WORDS TO ACTION Ensure proper operation of unit equipment regarding electrical, hydraulic, painting, telecommunications, and refrigeration maintenance across the entire unit infrastructure; Work with the team to reduce unit risks, following established processes and alerting management about risk situations; Enforce PPE usage by suppliers and service providers during services performed within the unit; Report physical safety risks to customers and employees to immediate supervisors for prompt correction; Place and monitor orders for maintenance supplies. Requirements: Completed high school; Certification in at least one of the following technical courses: * Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician; * Electrical Engineering Technician; Electronics Technician; Electromechanical Technician; * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; * Maintenance Mechanic Technician; Electrical or Electrical Engineering Technician; Valid NR10 certification with 40 hours of training; Minimum 6 months of experience in building maintenance; Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including holidays and weekends); Do you identify with this profile?
