If you possess an analytical profile, enjoy working with **electronic timekeeping control**, HR administrative routines, and wish to grow within an environment that values people and excellence, we would love to meet you. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track electronic timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Perform necessary system adjustments. * Close timekeeping records according to the internal calendar. * Collect monthly signatures on timekeeping reports. * Monitor and generate periodic attendance and absenteeism reports. * Support managers in monitoring working hours, shifts, and work schedules. * Deliver employee payroll statements via the mobile application. * Support voting processes for holiday exchanges and collective agreements. * Provide support to employees regarding electronic timekeeping inquiries. * Maintain timekeeping equipment in proper working condition. * Analyze and evaluate monthly indicators related to assigned responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Experience in HR activities * Knowledge of labor legislation * Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Join our team and contribute to more efficient and human-centered people management.
