Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, developing, and strengthening partnerships with educational institutions, monitoring performance indicators, and representing the group at events. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect and develop strategic partnerships with schools. 2. Maintain relationships with school principals and academic coordinators. 3. Plan institutional visits and events to strengthen partnerships. Main Responsibilities * Prospect new partner schools in the Campinas region and surrounding areas; * Develop and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators of educational institutions; * Identify partnership opportunities supporting students' continued academic pathways; * Plan and conduct institutional visits, meetings, and events; * Develop strategies to strengthen partnerships; * Monitor performance and student enrollment indicators; * Record visits and negotiations in the system (CRM); * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Management teams; * Represent Oficina do Estudante Group institutionally at events and meetings; * Identify new opportunities to expand the partner network. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in institutional relationship management, consultative customer service, or sales; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Availability for external visits; * Driver's license (Category B) is a plus. Compensation: R$1\.827,87 \- R$4\.499,45 per month Work Location: On-site
