Job Summary: Logistics Analyst focused on system monitoring, deviation handling, and schedule adherence, performing duties inherent to the role. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and analyze shift information and system alerts. 2. Handle deviations and ensure adherence to the schedule. 3. Conduct shift handover and report incidents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct shift handover with key offenders and incidents via *e\-mail* and *driver*; * Analyze ongoing alerts in the Atlas system; * Handle deviations using the *Escalation list*; * Record actions using the decision tree; * Ensure schedule adherence within the scheduled time via Mdrive; * Notify focal points of batch deviations for programming escalation; * Conduct shift handover and report incidents occurring during the shift; * Analyze and handle all cycle-based alerts transmitted by systems; * Schedule biodiesel/CIF shipments with weight up to 30%; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in Logistics; * Basic Microsoft Office package; * Experience with ERP systems; * Residence in the Campinas region (Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, Paulínia, Monte Mor, etc); * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, Shift B (2:00 PM to 10:17 PM\).
