Here, the Financial Assistant ensures operations run with precision, organization, and zero rework. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform daily entries in the Conta Azul system for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, correctly classified according to the Chart of Accounts; Maintain an up-to-date daily cash flow, accurately recording all financial inflows and outflows; Organize and record financial values, ensuring compliance and traceability; Monitor collections and issue invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments; Respond promptly and clearly via Digisac to customer inquiries related to financial matters; Support Financial Management in organizing documentation for audits and managerial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in operational finance routines; Proven and recent experience with the Conta Azul system; Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; Solid knowledge of the Chart of Accounts and accounting classification; Experience in cash flow control; Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization); Experience with AI—skills and knowledge; Disciplined, organized, detail-oriented profile, with clear communication and a results-driven attitude. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience handling high volumes of financial entries and transactions; Knowledge of collections processes and delinquency management; Familiarity with Digisac or other customer support systems; Prior experience in startups or technology companies; Knowledge of ERPs and financial process automation. **General opportunity information:** Contract type: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ); **Contractual value:** 5K to 6K; Performance bonus; On-site; Monday to Friday — 8-hour workday; Fully equipped kitchen; Fresh fruits and juices available daily; Birthday day off; Year-end break; We are located in the Estreito neighborhood — Florianópolis.
