Job Summary: A professional responsible for issuing and controlling fiscal invoices and billing, supporting fiscal processes, and archiving documents, in compliance with regulations and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Issuance and control of fiscal invoices and billing 2. Support in fiscal processes and applicable legislation 3. Organization and archiving of fiscal documents * Issue fiscal invoices (NF-e / NFS-e) according to orders and contracts; * Verify fiscal, registration, and value data prior to issuance; * Record and control billing in the system; * Support the sending of fiscal invoices and bills to customers; * Monitor billing deadlines and correct simple discrepancies; * Support the control of applicable taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS), as instructed; * Organize and archive fiscal documents; * Support basic billing reconciliation; * Respond to internal requests related to billing; * Comply with fiscal regulations, legal deadlines, and internal procedures; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management, or related fields.
