PROCESS ANALYST

Job Summary: The professional will serve as the technical lead for strategic process improvement projects, continuous optimization, standardization, and increased production efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead process improvement projects with a focus on optimization 2. Act as a technical mentor for multidisciplinary teams 3. Participate in cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Collect and organize production and efficiency data Monitor tests of new processes or improvements. Assist in standardizing routines and work instructions Create basic process performance reports. Support analyses of losses, rework, and waste. Analyze productive capacity and line balancing. Develop and review work instructions and flowcharts. Implement improvements based on data analysis (time, losses, OEE). Participate in cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects. Evaluate and define process standards and key performance indicators. Participate in the selection and validation of new equipment and technologies.
