**JOB OPENING: PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **\-Residence required in:** Sumaré, Hortolândia, or Nova Odessa **ACS Científica Química Fina Especializada LTDA**, a specialized fine chemical company located in **Sumaré/SP**, is currently seeking a **Production Operator**. **Main responsibilities:** * Participate in the production process, handling, and packaging of chemical products; * Operate machinery and equipment according to internal procedures; * Perform weighing, filling, labeling, and organization of materials; * Strictly comply with safety, quality standards, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Support production departments as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work in a production/chemical environment. **Salary and benefits:** * **Employment type:** CLT (permanent position) * **Salary:** R$ 2\.354,98 \+ 30% hazardous duty allowance * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 300.00 * **Food Allowance:** R$ 300.00 * **Transportation Voucher:** 6% legal payroll deduction **or** Fuel Allowance (amount to be calculated) * **Profit Sharing (PLR)** * **Day Off** * **Pharmacy Benefit Plan** **Working hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.186,28 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Production sector (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
