**Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree completed. Prior experience in FP\&A, Financial Planning, Controllership, Cost Accounting, or Accounting; Solid experience in area-related activities; strong knowledge of financial modeling, accounting standards, and service cost calculation; Experience with the TOTVS – Protheus system; Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and executive reporting; **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controllership, or related fields; Previous experience in airlines and/or logistics companies; Advanced Excel skills including macro knowledge; Strong knowledge of the TOTVS (Protheus) system; Strong knowledge of Power BI; Agile methodology.
