Job Summary: Inventory and Procurement Planning Analyst responsible for managing inventory levels, defining reorder points, and optimizing procurement planning based on various variables. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and define inventory levels (minimum, maximum, reorder) 2. Monitor inventory coverage and identify stockout and obsolescence risks 3. Generate purchase suggestions based on consumption and market data Inventory Planning * Analyze inventory levels daily. * Define minimum, maximum, and reorder point inventory levels. * Monitor inventory coverage by product family. * Identify critical materials and stockout risks. * Control excess and obsolescence. Procurement Planning * Generate purchase suggestions based on: * consumption history, * ABC analysis, * seasonality, * order backlog, * commercial demand, * supplier lead times. * Support purchasers in prioritizing replenishment. * Plan procurement considering cash flow and inventory turnover.
