Customer support throughout the entire installation process **Responsibilities:** Proactively contact the database of former and potential new customers to offer services or perform plan upgrades, following company procedures and using sales channels including phone, chat, and in-person interactions; Handle customer onboarding processes by creating, via system, sales/incidents related to new installations or plan upgrades; Address incidents opened for the department; Monitor open incidents until the new installation is completed, providing customer support throughout the entire process. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Competencies:** Ethics Empathy Communication Ability to work under pressure Commitment to goals
