We encourage individuals from various social groups to join our community so that, despite different origins and realities, we can nurture a shared ambition to dream big and become better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Main activities:** * **Prepare casting cars, troughs, emergency boxes, and secondary cooling systems**, ensuring productive flow, cleanliness, and equipment availability. * **Conduct equipment tests** according to internal procedures and safety standards, requesting maintenance when necessary to prevent production losses and ensure casting within quality standards. * **Inspect molds and lubrication systems**, ensuring productivity and equipment availability. * **Replace mold tubes** according to procedures and safety standards, ensuring area functionality and efficiency. * **Start up the continuous casting machine** according to schedule, ensuring compliance with the production plan. * **Inspect surface quality of billets**, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure final product quality. * **Identify and track produced billets**, according to internal procedures and Steelmaking quality standards. * **Supply the area with required materials**, using appropriate equipment and following safety standards, ensuring operational productivity. * **Support and perform continuous casting process activities**, such as system preparation, receiving and preheating distributors, mold tube replacement, and supporting production targets. * **Guide overhead crane maneuvers**, ensuring safe and efficient operation execution. * **Pour liquid steel** from ladle to distributor, controlling flow and ensuring proper filling of casting streams. * **Skim slag from the distributor** when necessary, ensuring final product quality level. * **Collect steel samples for chemical analysis and perform temperature measurements**, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * **Inspect refractory lining of the distributor**, ensuring operational safety and equipment integrity. * **Perform oxy-cutting operational tasks**, according to internal procedures and safety standards, meeting production requirements. * **Carry out tool and equipment checklists**, ensuring ideal conditions for task execution. * **Prepare oxy-cutting machines, pressure gauges, and torches**, ensuring equipment availability and proper functioning. * **Participate in operational anomaly analysis**, providing technical support for solutions and contributing to incident prevention. * **Plan and execute job-related activities**, working autonomously and seeking support from more experienced professionals when needed. * **Demonstrate proficiency in area operations and equipment**, ensuring expected productivity levels. * **Support less technically skilled professionals**, sharing knowledge and contributing to team development.
