Internship Opportunity: We are seeking an intern to join our technical team and work in Accounting Systems Support. Responsibilities: * Assist the technical team in providing customer support regarding the systems offered; * Learn the routines and administrative practices of municipal public management staff to improve service delivery; * Diagnose basic inquiries or incidents related to cloud systems; * Guide customers on functionalities, best practices, and efficient use of technological solutions; * Collaborate in preparing service reports and improvements for technical support processes.
