Key Responsibilities • Supervise commercial and operational performance of stores in your region. • Monitor KPIs such as sales, margin, delinquency, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction. • Lead and develop managers and teams, promoting company culture. • Conduct meetings, provide feedback, and perform performance evaluations. • Implement sales strategies and regional marketing campaigns. • Ensure compliance with operational standards and internal policies. • Promote humanized customer service by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements. • Prepare management reports and propose data\-driven actions based on regional trends. • Operate with geographic flexibility and multifunctionality as strategic demands require. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. • Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles within retail, managing multiple units. • Experience in performance metrics analysis, inventory control, targets, and margins. • Experience in team development and implementation of organizational culture.
