Providing courteous, confidential, and professional service We are a service outsourcing company operating nationwide in Brazil. We are hiring a professional to work as a Highway Driver at the IFBA Campus in Porto Seguro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drive official vehicles to transport people, materials, documents, and cargo; * Transport civil servants, students, and authorized individuals; * Support academic and sports-related trips; * Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition and operational readiness; * Conduct daily inspections (tires, oil, coolant, brakes, and electrical system); * Monitor fuel consumption and arrange vehicle maintenance when necessary; * Complete traffic and route control reports; * Immediately report incidents and damages; * Comply with traffic regulations (CONTRAN) and institutional guidelines; * Ensure passenger safety (seat belt usage, responsible driving); * Provide courteous, confidential, and professional service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license category D or higher, with EAR (Paid Activity Endorsement); * Minimum 1 year of documented work experience in CTPS; * Passenger Collective Transportation course; * Defensive driving and first aid courses; * Physical and mental fitness certificate; * Criminal background check certificate. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic automotive mechanics knowledge; * Basic fire suppression knowledge; * Experience in customer service. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication skills; * Punctuality and accountability; * Teamwork; * Proactivity; * Ability to handle adverse situations. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance (50% covered by employer, 50% by employee), with no co-payment; * Life insurance.
