Work in an environment that values diversity, inclusion, and respect. **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD).** If you focus on customers and innovation; make decisions openly and transparently; appreciate and nurture a respectful workplace; work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and results-oriented while assuming responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **PCM Supervisor** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Brumado \- BA; * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; * Work modality: On-site; * Contract type: Permanent. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring operational availability of machines, equipment, and industrial facilities; * Develop, monitor, and update the maintenance plan with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives (52-week planning), identifying interferences, critical paths, and ensuring proper resource allocation; * Plan and monitor overhauls, major interventions, and scheduled shutdowns, evaluating operational impacts and proposing adjustments when necessary; * Control backlog, monitor maintenance plan execution through KPIs, and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; * Supervise internal teams and third-party service providers, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, operational discipline, and safety standards; * Ensure proper management and updating of maintenance orders, plans, and technical documentation within the SAP system; * Ensure availability of human resources, materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts, monitoring stock levels and criticality; * Manage maintenance contracts, ensuring scope, deadlines, costs, and service quality compliance; * Act as a workplace safety reference, conducting JSA (Job Safety Analysis), audits, training, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations; * Assign tasks, provide technical guidance to the team, monitor individual and collective performance, and promote employee development; * Manage operational and financial maintenance indicators, controlling costs, OPEX, CAPEX, and supporting decision-making; * Conduct failure analyses, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and equipment, including daily management routines (GRD), 6S, and action plans arising from audits; * Actively contribute to structuring and developing the PCM team, with strong emphasis on technical training, process standardization, and raising the area’s delivery level. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Solid experience in maintenance planning and control, maintenance execution, and industrial shutdowns; * Experience in industrial environments such as mining, steelmaking, pulp & paper, or similar sectors; * Leadership of operational teams, with focus on people development, operational discipline, and safety; * Ability to make agile decisions, systemic vision, organization, and results orientation; * Intermediate Excel, intermediate Power BI, and MS Project knowledge; * Driver’s license category B. **Preferred qualifications:** * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate English; * Experience with Primavera, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
