Implement improvements and ensure compliance with standards The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the technical team (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation). Their primary objective is to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant by planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, always aligned with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Lead, train, and develop the technical maintenance team (mechanics, electricians, machinists, etc.), assign tasks, and evaluate performance; Develop and supervise the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, minimizing machine downtime; Respond swiftly to unexpected failures, prioritizing critical calls to avoid impacting production lines; Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators such as **MTBF** (Mean Time Between Failures), **MTTR** (Mean Time To Repair), reliability, and maintenance costs; Control departmental budget (OPEX and CAPEX), manage spare parts inventory (technical warehouse), and approve purchase orders; Analyze root causes of chronic failures and implement improvement projects for machinery and processes, often applying methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); Ensure all activities comply with Regulatory Standards (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-33, NR\-35) and internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies; Contract, monitor, and oversee maintenance services performed by third-party companies; Demonstrate active leadership and clear communication with operational teams; Focus on results and continuous process improvement; Ability to make decisions under pressure; Organizational skills, operational discipline, and attention to detail; Strong conflict management and interpersonal relationship skills.
