Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles, receiving mail, directing visitors, and monitoring security systems while maintaining an organized lobby. Operation and monitoring of security equipment, such as cameras and alarms Expanding our team in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, we are seeking professionals for the position of Security Guard. Your main responsibilities include controlling entry and exit, receiving mail, directing visitors, keeping the lobby area organized, and monitoring security systems. * **Access Control:** Supervise and control the entry and exit of people and vehicles. * **Reception:** Receive visitors, residents, and service providers, identify them, and direct\-them to their destination. * **Maintenance:** Keep the lobby clean, organized, and well-lit. * **Communication:** Report suspicious situations or emergencies to the building manager or administrator. * **Monitoring:** Operate security equipment, such as cameras and alarms, ensuring systems remain functional. * **Logistics:** Receive mail, packages, and deliveries, forwarding\-them to the appropriate protocol. Preference given to candidates with prior experience in condominiums. Preference given to candidates holding a valid ATA certification or up-to-date refresher course. High school diploma required.
