Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to identify hazards, develop standards, investigate accidents, and promote awareness. Key Highlights: 1. S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to work as an **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for workplace hazards; * Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with Regulatory Standards; * Conduct technical inspections and safety rounds; * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and corrective actions; * Monitor and advise on the proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Promote training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and awareness campaigns; * Support CIPA management and assist in its activities and meetings; * Onboard new employees with a focus on occupational safety; * Issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical or Higher Education in Occupational Safety; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role, preferably in the healthcare sector. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 2\.296,66\+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay) * Workload: 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil.
