Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, equipment, and workbenches **Location:** Salvador **Position:** Bakery Assistant **Salary:** R$ 1.805,40 **Schedule:** Rotating shift 6x1. 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Description:** The **Bakery Assistant** position is responsible for supporting the baker in daily production, organization, and preparation of bakery products, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency in the manufacturing process. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education * Minimum 3 months of experience in the field * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in restocking products displayed for sale * Properly store raw materials and finished products * Assist in monitoring expiration dates and replenishing supplies * Sort and organize ingredients and utensils for production * Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations * Assist the baker in preparing doughs, breads, cakes, and other products * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, equipment, and workbenches * Support the shaping, baking, and finishing processes of products **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Performance Bonus (basic food basket) * Dental Plan (Sulamérica)
