Full availability during weekdays (Monday–Saturday), completed high school education, and basic computer skills are required. Prior experience in reception and customer service activities is required, preferably gained within the automotive sector. Outstanding personal presentation, verbal fluency, and a commercially oriented profile. Proficiency in telephone and in-person customer service. Also provides support to the telephone customer service department by delivering information and scheduling services.
