Collaboration in the continuous improvement of service processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 30 hours per week **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship * Serve and advise members regarding cooperative products and services. * Record and track member requests and needs. * Assist in organizing documents and information related to service delivery. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the cooperative. * Collaborate with the team in preparing reports and feedback on service delivery. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of member service processes. * Assist in promoting cooperative campaigns and promotions. * Comply with cooperative rules and policies. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the 2nd to 4th semester/year of Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * ANBIMA certification * Experience in customer service * Knowledge of financial products and services. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Day Off, Wellhub (Gympass), Zenklub (health and wellness)
