PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Dentist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health insurance plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical dental care. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Professional experience must be demonstrated through one of the following: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing the identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlated to the requirement stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or self-employed payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
