PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Dentist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health insurance plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$6\.104,70 **UNIT:** **Job Summary:** Performs actions related to promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and conditions affecting teeth and the oral cavity, through outpatient-level clinical procedures and educational activities. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Dental Council (CRO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical dental care. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Professional experience must be demonstrated through one of the following: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing the identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlated to the requirement stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or self-employed payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Anatomy of head and neck. Semiology and treatment of oral soft tissue disorders and dental caries. Preventive Dentistry and Public Health. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care.
