We are looking for an R\&D Intern who is curious, organized, and proactive — someone capable of supporting both technical R\&D activities and the organization of administrative processes and routines within the department. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct research on food, ingredients, raw materials, production processes, technologies, and industry trends to support product development and continuous improvement. * Assist in planning, preparing, executing, and monitoring laboratory tests, experiments, performance analyses, stability assessments, validation studies, and shelf-life studies of products. * Record, organize, and analyze test and experimental results; prepare technical reports, spreadsheets, presentations; and maintain up-to-date documentation for the Research and Development department. * Support product, raw material, packaging, supplier, and production process validation and approval activities, contributing to continuous improvement of products and processes. * Assist in the proper receipt, identification, storage, control, and disposal of samples, ensuring traceability and correct material organization. * Support laboratory organization, cleaning, and maintenance, as well as maintenance of equipment, utensils, and materials used, complying with quality procedures, food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Process and monitor payment requests and provide support for other administrative and operational activities within the Research and Development department. * **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency with digital tools, technology, and willingness to learn new systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and controls. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive, analytical profile with interest in innovation and product development. **Preferred Qualifications** * Interest in consumer trends, innovation, marketing, and consumer behavior in the food market. * Ability to conduct research, identify references, and transform information into ideas and opportunities for new products. * Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, market research, and digital platforms. * Basic knowledge of presentation design (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar). * Prior laboratory experience, research projects, scientific initiation, or product development experience. * Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to continuously learn.
