Responsibilities and Duties: * Responsible for the entire safety management scope of the project during the construction and installation phase. * Ensure compliance with local legislation and project standards. * Contract and supervise specialized companies for ergonomic analysis, noise assessment, ATEX, etc. * Lead safety technicians from both internal teams and third parties. * Evaluate SHE performance of contractors. * Organize training sessions and campaigns to engage contractors. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations for follow\-up on initiatives and indicators. * Organize and lead routine inspections and third-party evaluations. * In-depth knowledge of risk analysis for construction-related activities. * Promote safety values and engage contractors. * Develop and manage the project safety management plan: Training, risk assessment, Preliminary Risk Analysis, Work Permit, Emergency Plan, Lifting Plans, etc. * Ensure an appropriate and safe working environment. * Ensure adherence to the Golden Rules. * Develop project leadership in safety topics through coaching and site walkthroughs. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar-scale projects within related industries; * Experience leading the full safety management scope; * Experience leading multiple companies within a single project; * Experience in a management position; * Practical experience as a safety technician.
