**Business Manager**
Understand members’ needs and, leveraging technology, interpret and generate insights from member data to recommend optimal financial solutions.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Financial Consultant
Based on portfolio data, proactively engage members regarding financial solutions, verifying their relevance to members’ current life stages. Support members in decisions about financial products and services, developing financial life strategies and generating positive impact in communities where the cooperative operates.
Portfolio Manager for Members
Oversee administration and development of the member portfolio, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, marketing products and services consistent with set goals, and supporting strategic planning execution.
Prospecting
Identify and engage new members and business opportunities by understanding members’ industry sectors and debt levels. Conduct visits to generate new business and strengthen relationships with existing members.
Digital Specialist
Facilitate members’ interaction with self-service and automated channels, aiming for efficiency and guiding members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better utilize available products and technologies.
Transactional Activities
Monitor portfolio debt levels and develop measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and judicial involvement. Perform member registration and data updates.
New Member Integration
Onboard new members by explaining Sicredi, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values.
Portfolio Size Recommendation
Manage member portfolios to deliver differentiated, targeted service to the intended audience.
