You will be responsible for mapping, reviewing, and proposing improvements to Redbelt Security’s internal processes, promoting integration among departments, systems, and data, with the objective of ensuring greater operational efficiency, standardization, and agility in decision-making. You will act as a facilitator alongside leadership to ensure processes align with the company’s strategic guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main activities:** * Map and review internal processes across all areas of Redbelt Security using structured modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN), building flowcharts and proposing process redesigns based on interviews, workshops, and data collected from responsible stakeholders, aiming for continuous optimization, elimination of bottlenecks, and delivery of value to the company. * Conduct meetings with internal area leads at Redbelt Security to understand all existing processes and their priorities, aiming to structure and/or propose process improvements. * Map the customer journey, identifying improvement opportunities, providing suggestions, and discussing feasibility with the respective area lead to develop process improvements aligned with the company’s reality. * Develop process improvement proposals by mapping the current state and identifying deviations, ensuring processes are cohesive and support information and communication agility across the company. * Collaborate on documenting all processes, describing and detailing all components—such as inputs, outputs, procedures, controls, interactions, responsibilities, and other relevant items—with support from your immediate supervisor for future reference. * Keep documented processes updated by monitoring procedure adoption among involved parties, aiming for optimal execution of activities/processes within the company. * Support internal departments during user training on company processes and systems, clarifying doubts regarding implemented tools and/or processes to ensure consistent knowledge application across process execution. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency control; when necessary, escalate to your immediate supervisor for support, enabling comparative analysis of improvements across all internal company processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience in process mapping and interfacing with business and support areas; * Knowledge of process concepts and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPM); * Familiarity with BPMN tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio); * Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** At Redbelt Security, we believe everyone has the potential to play a key role in mutual growth.
