Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Brazil! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Work consultatively—not just delivering point solutions—but seeking to understand whether the supported accountant is open to new value offerings from the Omie ecosystem; * Gain a general understanding of all Omie module functionalities to accurately identify entries made in the Finance module; * Review and update accounting system manuals to ensure accurate integration and identify potential discrepancies between software; * Create procedural playbooks for system operations—including images and text or videos—to support team learning; * Provide support to partner accountants via chat, Meet, or phone, as needed; * Conduct training sessions on the Accountant Dashboard module for partner accountants; * Promptly and effectively resolve partner accountants’ inquiries; * Complete daily tracking workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to secure this position:** * Prior experience in software implementation/technical support is desirable; customer service experience is a plus; * Familiarity with major market accounting systems (user-level proficiency); * Degree in Accounting Sciences or substantial hands-on experience in accounting routines; * Proactivity in learning about accounting systems used; * Organizational skills to manage internal controls; * Familiarity with financial ERP tools; * Strong communication skills for interacting with partners; * Comfort and proficiency with technology. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per business day.
