We cover 100%; - Totalpass and Petlove. ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities – Mining Administration: - Preparation, request, issuance, dispatch, tracking, and client communication regarding administrative documentation for mining projects (e.g., certificates, fees, powers of attorney, forms, requirements, certifications, among others); - Control of digital certificates, powers of attorney, and deadlines; client contact and follow-up; - Receipt, dispatch, verification, digitization, organization, and archiving of documents; - Preparation of document copies and protocols; - Preparation of documents related to government agencies; - Various controls and reports; - Support in preparing and analyzing mining administrative surveys and other related data; - Monitoring and reporting of deadlines; - Daily and weekly routines; - Updating company-used systems; - Support in modeling and improving processes; - Deadline control, registration, fulfillment of requirements, submissions, protocols, annual fees, renewals, and other procedures related to CREA, CRQ, and MAPA; - Individual meetings with manager and team planning meetings; - Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), when required; - Other mining administrative activities. Activities – General Administration: - Communicating vacation-related information to employees, managing and creating vacation and holiday calendars; - Data collection and updating of information; - Quotation, reservation, and purchase of air tickets and accommodation; - Control, management, and quotation of benefits; - Client, supplier, and consultant communication; - Supporting the creation of manuals, materials, and presentations for employees; - Creating communication materials for special dates, etc.; - Quotation, purchase, control, and replenishment of office and cleaning supplies; - Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), when required; - Other general administrative activities. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** - Completed high school education (a degree in Business Administration or related fields is desirable); - Experience in administrative routines, preferably within the mining sector; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; - Basic knowledge of mining and environmental processes and regulations.
