Unicred Premium Capital seeks a professional to support branch management in achieving financial and cooperative member satisfaction targets and results, performing—under supervision—operational service requests across the business platform, as well as providing cooperative members with information or business-related services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive cooperative members at the branch, serving as the first point of contact; * Support cooperative members in using self-service and relationship channels; * Assist in portfolio management, aiming to enhance cooperative member satisfaction and loyalty; * Market products and services, focusing on the Cooperative’s performance; * Support business prospecting; * Perform operational processes and formal documentation related to business transactions; * Carry out cash and treasury activities when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in the commercial area of a financial institution; * Knowledge of financial institution products and services; * Valid CPA-20 certification. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Núcleo Geração employees:** The candidate must have been employed by the Unicred system for at least one year and meet the minimum profile requirements for this position (as outlined above).
