Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring production lines, conducting quality inspections and tests, proposing improvements, and supporting production to ensure component and process compliance. Conducting various inspections and tests Availability to work from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.  Monitor production lines for critical parts and characteristics  Record measurements performed in documents and forms  Initiate process action regarding specification trends  Assist production with visual inspection criteria  Support the monitoring of machine releases together with the process team until process stabilization  Perform various rework operations on parts  Segregate non-conforming (NC) material and notify the Quality Coordinator; inform production via Block Alert  Support production regarding defects and potential issues  Archive records per record control requirements  Conduct shift handover communications with the subsequent shift team  Assist Senior Technicians with laboratory testing  Propose improvements to inspections, methods, and quality control procedures  Enter data for Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring and control  Enter release information into records  Initiate process action regarding quality issues during releases until complete resolution  Segregate and control NC material until disposition decision  Archive records per record control requirements  Conduct incoming inspection  On-the-job training for production assistants on visual defects and Quality procedures Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
